We cycle our oysters seasonally from surface to the ocean floor, harvest by the tides, and believe in the restorative benefits of slow-growing oysters along the coast of Maine. We strive to balance ecology, economy and community. The quality of our products are tethered to the health of the ecosystem. The opportunity to sustainably farm oysters and caretake a small part of Casco Bay is our privilege.
